Property management

Many of you don’t live here permanently, therefore it is always good to have someone that can inspect your property on a regular basis. Doing this it will be much easier to solve possible problems as damp, water leaks, condensation, etc.

This can be done on a weekly or monthly basis and we check:

• Interior and exterior of your property.
• Specially we focus on damp, water leaks, condensation, etc
• But also we can check utilities as water, gas, alarm, electric, AC, etc.
• Flushing toilets and running the taps to avoid bad smells
• Ventilation of the property

We can also help with cleaning (and laundry) at arrival and/or departure.

If there is something that needs reparation we can help with this as well.
